How many campers do you have per day/per week?
Our camp is limited to 15 children per day, per week.
What happens if my plans change and I need to cancel Summer Camp?
See our cancellation policy
My child is going to turn 4 in a few months, is that okay?
Your child must turn 4 by June 15th in order to attend Summer Camp.
What happens if my child wakes up sick and is unable to attend a day of camp?
There are no refunds, credits or transfers for any reason if you need to miss a day of camp.
We will save the materials for your missed day and help your child catch up if they are able to return.
My child needs help in the bathroom. Are you able to provide that?
Our teachers are not permitted to help children in the bathroom. Your child must be able to use the bathroom completely independently. We give bathroom reminders to the whole group throughout the day but we are unable to give individual reminders to children.
Are all ages grouped together?
Yes. All kids regardless of age participate in the same art projects and activities throughout the camp day. We create projects that appeal to a wide range of ages, interests and abilities so every child can feel successful and create something they are proud of!
Is there break time so my child can take a rest?
We don’t have rest time as part of our daily schedule. We take a break each day for time outside at the park and free play after lunch. Your child should be comfortable with a 6 hour day if they are attending camp.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes! Siblings receive a 10% discount when they are signed up for the same week of camp. Use code SIBLINGS at checkout to receive 10% off.
Can I sign up for individual days or just part of the week?
Camp is only available for registration for the full week Monday through Friday (with the exception of June 30th-July3rd, Monday-Thursday) over the Summer.
Can you help my child put on sunscreen?
Please apply sunscreen to your child before arriving at camp. We usually go outside in the morning, before lunch.
What kind of art activities do you do at camp?
We explore all types of art making throughout the week! Your child will have the opportunity to explore drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, printmaking, collaborative art making and much more over the course of the week. Every Friday we end the week with a special Art Show to display some of the artwork your children create over the week.
A proud mom, business owner, and Delaware native.
After a career of teaching art in public schools in NYC I opened my own art studio for kids and families in Queens, NY called Art Strong NYC. After running the studio for 5 years, I was ready to move back to Lower Delaware to raise my son, Henry, near the beach and am so excited to be expanding my business here in Sussex County!
My goal is to create a space for community, creativity, exploration, and fun for kids and families.
