Studio Policies

Make-ups:
There are no make-ups or refunds for missed camp days for any reason.

Snacks and Lunch:
Parents will have the option to either purchase a $5 boxed lunch from Lavender Fields or provide a packed lunch. All children need a water bottle and an additional snack. During lunch, teachers do their best to make sure children eat/hydrate. However, we are not able to sit with children individually to help them eat their lunch.

Sun Protection:
Please provide your child with moderate sun protection (sunscreen, hat, etc) as we spend time outside, weather permitting each day. Please apply sunscreen at home before coming to camp.

Sibling Discount:
There is a 15% sibling discount if siblings attend during the same week of summer camp. Use code SIBLINGS at check out. If this coupon is used without siblings, you will be required to pay your balance in full before your registration is complete.

Behavior/Disruption:
Art Strong DE reserves the right to prevent a child from attending camp due to disruption to the class or harm caused to another child or staff member. If your child is no longer permitted to attend camp, you will receive a refund for any days they were unable to attend.

All campers must be 4 years old and up.
Campers must have turned 4 by June 15th.

All children must be able to use the bathroom independently.
Staff members are not permitted to assist children in the bathroom in any way.

Doors open at 8:55am.
We have a lot to set up for campers every morning! So we need our mornings to prepare for the day without children in the facility.

Cancelation Policies

If you cancel on or before May 1st, you will receive a refund minus a $50 fee for each week and child that you are canceling.

If you cancel between May 2nd and June 15th, you will receive a 50% refund for each week and child that you are canceling.

After June 15th there are no refunds.

There are no credits offered for camp cancellations for any reason.

Hi, I'm Hannah!

A proud mom, business owner, and Delaware native.

After a career of teaching art in public schools in NYC I opened my own art studio for kids and families in Queens, NY called Art Strong NYC. After running the studio for 5 years, I was ready to move back to Lower Delaware to raise my son, Henry, near the beach and am so excited to be expanding my business here in Sussex County!

My goal is to create a space for community, creativity, exploration, and fun for kids and families.
